We believe that exceptional wine is born in the vineyard, while the cellar is simply where it is brought to perfection through a careful and respectful approach. We practice organic viticulture on slopes ranging from 40 to 380 meters above sea level. Our oldest vines were planted in the late 19th century and continue to yield grapes of outstanding quality to this day.
Alongside the well-known Istrian Malvazija and Teran, we specialize in preserving rare indigenous varieties such as Duranija and Hrvatica. In doing so, we combine traditional manual labor with modern cryomaceration and extended aging in wooden barrels.
